Groundwork (groundworkdone.com) collects the information you give us (name, business, phone, email, and the customer and call data needed to provide our services) and technical data from our website and phone systems. We use it to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you, to bill you, and to meet legal obligations. We share it only with providers needed to run the service (telephony and SMS carriers, email delivery, speech and AI processing, payment processing, hosting), who may use it only for us. We do not sell personal information. Calls to lines we answer may be recorded and transcribed. We keep your account data for as long as you are a client and afterwards, so that a returning client's history is intact; we do not run automatic deletions. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at [email protected]. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. Our website (groundworkdone.com), our landing pages (go.groundworkdone.com) and the page you see after you pay use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google), which use cookies and similar technologies. These tools record how visitors use the pages, for example the pages viewed, clicks on our Buy and call buttons, whether a form was sent, and which advertising campaign brought the visit. On the landing pages and the page you see after you pay they also record how far a page was scrolled and whether a form was started, and after a purchase they receive the plan bought and the amount paid. We use this to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These events do not include your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. Meta and Google receive this information as the providers of their tools and handle it under their own privacy policies. On our landing pages and the page you see after you pay, we respect the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, those pages do not load the Meta and Google tools.
